This preform is then placed into the finished product mold, and air is blown in again, causing the glass to gradually expand and fit tightly against the inner wall of the mold. The advantage of blow molding is its ability to produce glass bottles of various shapes and uniform wall thickness, making it particularly suitable for hollow or complex-shaped bottles.
2. Compression Molding:Molten glass is first poured into a mold, and then mechanical pressure is used to force the glass into all corners of the mold until it is completely filled. The bottle is then flame-polished to set its shape. Compression molding is only suitable for glass bottles with wide openings.

Chemical Frosting:Chemical frosting uses a specific strong acid solution to react chemically with the glass bottle surface, corroding away part of the surface material to achieve a frosted effect. This corrosion process allows for precise control of the degree and uniformity of the frosting, giving the glass bottle a unique frosted texture.
Physical blasting: Physical blasting uses high-speed jets of abrasive particles to impact the surface of a glass bottle, creating micro-uneven textures through mechanical impact, resulting in a frosted effect.
Paint blasting: Paint blasting involves spraying a special frosted paint onto the surface of a glass bottle, forming a coating with a frosted effect.
