Product Advantages
We keep plating parameters stable during production, which helps maintain consistent color across the whole batch and avoids obvious shade differences between individual bottles. Finished goods go through rubbing and alcohol wipe tests to confirm strong coating adhesion, preventing peeling or flaking during storage and transit. The bottle rim gets careful polishing and stays free of plating material, so corks and caps fit tightly and cut down liquid leakage and alcohol evaporation. Laser engraving is our preferred branding method; it marks the metallic exterior without damaging the plated finish. We can build custom moulds if you want an exclusive bottle shape for your brand.
Services
Sample requests are welcome. The bottle itself is free; customers only cover delivery fees to check plating color and coating durability. OEM and ODM orders are both accepted. We update buyers regularly as mass production moves forward. Matching stoppers and custom gift boxes can be supplied as a full package. Food contact test reports for the base glass are available to support import clearance.

Q：Is the plating safe to hold liquor?
A:Yes. Only the exterior receives electroplating. Alcohol touches purely raw food-grade glass inside.
